The hotel had a central setting to exhibition center. Moreover, it was close to Southern Cross Railway station for easy coach access to Tullamarine, and shops.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Had a real good stay for a short business trip. I booked a king room with a small refrigerator, a safe, and coffee. The location was quiet, in city centre, and my bed was very clean. The food in the lobby restaurant was tasty and good.

The setting was quite marvellous and unbeatable within easy reach of Docklands Stadium.

This was my really good stay on a long weekend. Impeccably clean and the staff was very professional and friendly professional. The location of the hotel was comfortable and handy - around 10-15 minutes walk from Crown Melbourne Casino. I greatly enjoyed the area, it was relaxing and close to Southern Cross train station, airport shuttle, train services and the CBD, and the bar / restaurant near the foyer. Everything was really good, yet a few employees were not very friendly. Got rich breakfasts with pastries and scrambled eggs, for instance.

Well-appointed and nicely renovated accommodation with amazingly helpful staff with great service. Comfortable and handy location very close to the casino and marvel stadium, trams which are free and the airport shuttle and public transport, only 5 minutes walk from Crown Melbourne Casino. Very good check in and late check out. No charge for wake up calls and ironing too.

Liked my excellent stay during the holidays. I had a warm welcome, outstandingly accommodating and extremely accommodating staff. They provided an amazing breakfast. The location was marvellous, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Crown Melbourne Casino.

Absolutely gorgeous and immaculate rooms with very comfortable bed, the bar and coffee. Heated pool, parking on-site. The spa centre was a nice extra touch too.

The room I booked was compact and nicely updated with first class amenities as well as a bath as expected.

Magnificent location in the downstairs lounge area, so close to the trams which are free, many bars, and DFO outlet. Average sized and compact hotel unit with a bathtub. Efficient check-in, friendly check-out.

Fancy and exceptionally clean place to stay in, it has very professional staff with great service. The lobby restaurant in the hotel is cozy, has light dishes. This is a property go-to for Melbourne!

It was clean, I will choose the place for future trips. The hotel was absolutely fantastic with exceptionally nice personnel at Reception Desk. The location was great and handy, at walking distance from an interactive multilevel aquarium. There were shopping malls and a market around the venue.
